Bought a landscape rake a few months ago was using it for the 5th time and it broke in two. Has a sticker on it say satisfaction guaranteed means nothing. Took it back cashier said she can't do anything and when I walked away I could hear her talking about me to the next customers in line like I'm stupid and can't hear?
