  Omg they never answer the phone. Was on hold for 46 minutes finally drove there even though my foot was broken just to ask them to refill a freaking prescription. Kept my phone on hold while I walked into the store on crutches and nobody is super busy but they were ignoring the damn phone. I'm transferring my prescriptions, obviously the manager is a cheap miser that can't even afford to pay someone to answer the damn telephone.

  PLEASE READ - this pharmacy needs serious serious help. I don’t know why they are so much worse than every other pharmacy, not just in Florence, but anywhere. Wait times are always longer than told, insurance issues are a nightmare, the staff are rude and I could go on and on but there’s just too many problems to list. I live just a couple miles from this location but today will be the last time I come here after being a regular customer for years. I was just getting an antibiotic.
